Why this program

AI is changing not only how work gets done, but how leaders decide, delegate, and build trust. When algorithms inform hiring, performance, pricing, and strategy, leaders face new questions: which decisions to hand to machines, how to stay accountable for outcomes they did not fully produce, and how to lead people through constant, AI-driven change.

Participants examine how AI reshapes decision-making, team structures, and the leader’s role; how to build a culture of experimentation and trust around AI; and how to develop the capabilities their people and organizations will need next.

The program culminates in a hands-on capstone where each leader builds a no-code, agentic decision-support workflow that prepares a structured briefing on a real leadership decision, with options, evidence, and risks, while the final call stays with the leader.

Participants also leave with a personal AI leadership roadmap.
