Most professionals manage projects long before anyone calls them project managers: launching initiatives, implementing systems, running events, or leading change. This two-day program gives non-technical professionals a practical, repeatable approach to planning and delivering projects, without specialist software or technical jargon.
Participants follow a project from start to finish: initiating it with a clear charter and stakeholder map, defining scope and deliverables, building a realistic schedule and budget, managing risks and issues, leading the project team, communicating progress, and closing the project with lessons learned. Throughout, the focus is on the people side of projects, including influencing without authority and keeping stakeholders engaged.
Participants leave with a ready-to-use project toolkit: charter, scope statement, schedule, risk log, RACI chart, and status report templates.
