Why this program

HR for Non-HR Managers is a hands-on HR training course for line managers and team leaders who lead people without an HR background. Most people decisions are made outside the HR department: who to hire, how to set goals and give feedback, how to handle conflict and how to keep good people. This course gives non-HR managers the practical HR knowledge to make those decisions well, and to work with HR as a partner rather than a gatekeeper.

The training covers the work that HR and line managers share: workforce planning, recruitment and selection, job analysis and job descriptions, performance management and appraisal, employee relations, engagement, and learning and development. It also covers what managers now face every day: remote and hybrid working, digital HR and collaboration tools, strategic workforce planning, wellbeing and agile working. Sessions are live and interactive, built around your managers’ own situations, and the program runs in English or Arabic, in house or live online.
