Team building

Team building that changes how your team works

Facilitated workshops for leadership and work teams across the GCC. Each session is built around your team’s real decisions, roles and friction points, not games for their own sake, and ends with agreements the team owns.

Why it lasts

A fun day fades by Monday. A shared way of working lasts.

Most team-building days entertain people and change nothing at work. We start from how your team actually operates: how it makes decisions, who owns what, and where tension starts. Exercises are used only where they make a point, and each one ends with a structured debrief that links it back to the job.

1A team charter. How the team decides, communicates and disagrees, in its own words.
2Clear roles. Named owners for the work that falls between people.
3An action plan. Commitments with owners and dates, reviewed after the session.
Three formats

Choose the depth your team needs

Every format runs in house or as an offsite team retreat, at a venue you choose.

01

Team profile workshop

Each member completes a Thomas PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) before the session. Together, the team maps how it communicates, decides and handles pressure, and where friction comes from.

Output: a team charter · Length: half day or one day

02

Team effectiveness workshop

Practical exercises with structured debriefs on trust, roles, decisions and conflict, built around the team’s live work rather than generic games.

Output: an action plan with named owners · Length: one or two days

03

Leader and team program

The team leader completes Leading High-Performing Teams, and the whole team joins two or three follow-up sessions, so agreements turn into habits.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this training or an activity day?

It is a facilitated workshop. We use exercises only where they make a point about how your team works, and every exercise ends with a debrief that links it back to the job.

Can it run at our premises?

Yes. Sessions run at your premises or at a venue you choose, in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and across the GCC, on dates that suit your calendar.

Can it run in Arabic?

Yes. Every session is available in Arabic or English.

How long does it take?

From a half-day workshop to a two-day session, or a leader and team program over 6 to 12 weeks. We recommend a length after the discovery call.

Do you use psychometric profiles?

Yes, where it helps. We use Thomas PPA (Personal Profile Analysis): each member completes a short questionnaire and receives a debrief. It informs the discussion; it never labels people.
