Today’s workforce demands a learning and development (L&D) strategy that is flexible and that aligns with both the wants of employees and the needs of employers. Through this course, analyze and determine the learning needs of your organization in order to ensure the L&D function aligns with the goals of the organization. The learning shall also enable key organizational decision makers to produce a L&D business case.

This course builds on the essential relationship between employee development and organizational strategy providing insights to implement effective informal and formal employee development approaches. Components of career and leadership development and the importance of adult learning characteristics will also be covered.
