Instructor-led Training Course

COURSE OVERVIEW

Are you using an outdated organizational model? Do you have processes that you feel don’t work anymore?

It has often been said that HR leaders are missing a great opportunity to add value. A strong case can be made that HR needs to develop much better metrics and analytics. Lots of studies have identified metrics as one of the key characteristics that lead to HR being a strategic partner in corporations.
Managers want measurement systems that enhance their human capital decisions. Yet, HR professionals still often focus on delivering routine HR services!

This workshop provides a framework for HR professionals to develop, build and implement human capital metrics in their organizations. This framework is based around the SHRM Workforce Analytics Model which outlines a four-phased process to assist HR professionals in developing and aligning human capital metrics to their business strategy.

Throughout the workshop, you will be tackling a multitude of questions that will create a continuum of progress from the tactical to the strategic side of analytics. You will also be working through a series of case study applications to ensure the direct transfer of skills and information and relevant practical experience. All throughout, you will be set new approaches, formulas and software needed to enable any HR function to describe, predict or prescribe trends to maximize efficiency and productivity.
